Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
